I have forgotten my password and I deleted my old email, need some help

I don’t know where to post this because this is my first time using this forum. I forgot my account password and deleted my email a while ago. When I try to reset my password it is using my old email to send the reset link. I still have game acces trough game client because it is saved. I have my username and in-game name avaliable. I tried looking for password inside game folder but password (key) is hashed. Is there any way to change my email? I tried every single password combination I ever used and I still cant acces my account. Please help me. I can show you pics/videos as proof.

Hello,

 

In this case, since you have access to your account still, you can access our support through the menu in game. You will be logged in our support platform with the account you are using in game.

 

There you can create a support ticket on Support Request > Email Issue and explain the situation. Please make sure to write a valid email as the "new email" in the form.
