Ya i offered him the first shiny entei ever caught and right away he said it wasn't enough for an e storm.  The Entei sold a few days later for 7 Billion so im not sure what more this guy is expecting to get offered.

It's like a 3b+ offer. Storm is at 15 billion. The reason it's so high is because it's over 10 years old. Probably the best hair vanity and only limited hair vanity. There are probably less than 20 of them left on the server.
