Swarms:

Swarm Pokémon can be found across all regions and appear more frequently during the Xmas event. Returning Swarm Pokémon will reward you with Mysterious Ball and seasonal rewards
You can return the Pokémon caught during swarms and claim your rewards by interacting with the NPC located in Vermilion City (Kanto), Olivine City (Johto), Slateport City (Hoenn), Hearthome City (Sinnoh), Castelia City (Unova)

Lost Presents:

Lost Presents  are scattered across all regions and must be collected. Return 5 Lost Presents  to receive Xmas Presents . After returning 100 Lost Presents  to Santa, you'll unlock Big Lost Presents  and gain access to Starmie hunt and a catchable Alpha Delibird encounter. Returning 5 Big Lost Presents  will reward you with 5 Santa's Presents .
Lost Presents  reset every 10 minutes and you can collect only 2 presents per cycle per region, you won't be able to gather more from other regions. It's best to focus on Kanto for efficiency. You may also refer to this guide.

Starmie Hunt:

Starmie are hidden throughout the regions—find them all to unlock exclusive Starmie-themed cosmetics! Begin the quest by locating the Starmie at the top of the tree in Vermilion. To complete the quest, you’ll need a Sudowoodo in your party for the last Starmie.

Jirachi Raid:

Jirachi is the final raid of the Xmas event, unlocked by completing all 12 preceding Xmas raids. After defeating the 12 Xmas raids, you can use the Wishing Star  in your inventory to access Birth Island, where Jirachi raid is located.

Suicune Raid:

You can find the Suicune raid under Ecruteak City in Johto. Suicune is a 6⭐ raid and is not one of the 12 Christmas raids. However, it is linked to the Christmas event and will be removed once the event ends. The reward for this raid is an alpha Suicune.
Note that 6⭐ raids are challenging.

Every rotation you get an item, for the cosmetic you have xmas wreath at 30 swarms and santa beard at 60 swarms
