Velocidad starmie vs Dragonite +2 velocidad / Speed starmie vs Dragonite +2 speed

Acabo de crear esta cuenta, no se muy bien donde colocar este "problema" pero me pareció que "General Discussion" era la mas adecuada, de no ser así informarme donde lo tengo que colocar.

 

Estaba jugando tranquilamente PVP OU, cuando mi dragonite logro boostearse a +2 con danza dragon, luego el contrario uso un togekiss con poder pasado, ya no tenia habilidad en ese entones pero no me bajo demostrado, logre matelo con garra dragon y poliza de tipo activada (Dragonite +4 ataque. +2 velocidad). 

El contrincante saco a un starmie, el uso rayo hielo y golpeo primero (Evidentemente Dragonite no soporto)(Dragonite ya no tenia Habilidad Compensación) cuando yo estaba a +2 de velocidad(evidentemente Dragonite fue derrotado), la tormenta le causo daño DESCONOZCO EL ITEM Y NATURALEZA QUE USABA ESE STARMIE PERO SI USARA PAÑUELO ELEGIDO Y NATURALEZA MIEDOSA, JUNTO A ESTAS IMÁGENES:

El oponente sacó un starmie, usó un rayo de hielo y golpeó primero (evidently Dragonite was defeated) (Dragonite ya no tenía Habilidad de Compensación) cuando estaba a +2 de velocidad, la tormenta le causó daños, no sé el ITEM AND NATURE THAT USED THAT STARMIE PERO SI USÓ CHOSTED SCARF y FEARFUL NATURE, ADJUNTO ESTAS IMÁGENES:

PERO ES IMPROBABLE QUE USE PAÑUELO ELEGIDO PORQUE FUEGO SAQUE A MI AMOONGUS Y EL USO GIRO RAPIDO Y SIN PAÑUELO DRAGONITE (+2 VELOCIDAD )SERIA MAS VELOZ.

Bro your own image says Timid Choice Scarf Starmie is around 10-12 points faster than DD Adamant Dnite at +2 so unless you clicked Extreme Speed there's nothing wrong

Without any battle logs, I'll assume its scarf or for wtv reason salac berry, or quick claw. But my bad fam when I saw the dude didnt even bother using a translator I didnt bother reading through it more
