Team name and tag questions

Hello! I was trying to create a team but i can't copy paste the fancy accent letters in the tag. How do i do it? Specifically I'm trying to add an "ā".

Also I've read tags can't be edited, is it still true? What about team names?

It seems that particular letter simply isn't accepted, all the others work.

Both of these actually can be edited post-creation of a team. They were not editable for about the first 10 years of the game's history, so wherever you read that must have had outdated information, but now you can change/edit them as you please.

To change them you need to go to the "Miscellaneous" section in the Gift Shop in-game and then to this item below. You can even check if the tag/name you want to use is already in-use or not with the check availability function:



If you don't want to spend IRL money for this (or anything in the gift shop), you can always buy RP vouchers in-game (off GTL or whatever) and use those instead
