This is an insane event.
I just promoted this on team ÔG because it has amazing rewards.
Some people asked me to explain the reward system, so I'll leave it here in a less complicated reading.

4 Set of prizes. Max prizes are:

Shiny Charizard - For the highest IV Shiny Pikachu.
Shiny Scizor - For the highest IV Pikachu (Shiny or Normal)

Shiny Tyranitar - For the lowest IV Pikachu (Shiny or Normal)

Shiny Absol - For the highest IV Shiny Pokémon caught on route 1.

Thanks for the promotion & sum up!

You can participate in one category only?

Correct. Since we expect quite some people participating and don't have the capacity we want to limit submissions. We also prefer having as much winners as possible instead of one person going home with multiple prizes.

What an insane event, insane rewards, damn, thanks for organizing this!

I just want to remind players that this is just a game.

Don't push your sleep schedule too far, don't stay awake for more than 24 hours in the middle of summer, don't ruin your health for pixels.

That being said, good luck to all, and may the best win!

Thanks again for organizing this crazy event!

For submissions we are still figuring out what's handiest. We don't wanna force people to put alarms and stay awake for the end of the event. If someone has a good idea please let me know! In game mail will fill up too fast. Maybe just sending a private message with a screenshot on Discord? What do you guys think?

Since is an event of such magnitude, maybe you could ask the staff to help out.
And any staff that is on during the 26h hours could help out recording the entries and placing them on a spreadsheet or discord.
If they are not available, maybe you can make a small team of people who will accept them entries.

Is a discord screenshot enough? Sure, but that will require you to make an actually verification of the winners afterwards

Clarification question because I'm curious; what exactly is meant with the "GIFT" on the prizes? Does it mean they're marked with the Gift Ribbon like in official events (can't be traded) or does it simply mean it will have an OT of another player?

If the former, how did you manage that? Help from staff?

OTs will be random since i bought everything from GTL. I think the 'gift' was just because we took the lay-out example from another event. We will remove it from the post. Thanks for pointing this out!

does catching a pichu and evolving to pikachu count?

No, that is not allowed for categories 1-3. Shiny Pichu can only be submitted in category 4.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Because we expect such a large number of submissions for this event, we now have a Discord bot that will be used to automatically score submissions.

You will be required to submit your catch via Discord.

How to Submit Your Entry

Step 1: Prepare Your Screenshot

Take a clear screenshot of your Pokémon’s IV summary page. Examples below:

submission2.png

Screenshot_20250604-175941.png

Make sure the IV total is visible (e.g., 147 / 186).

Only one Pokémon per submission.

Step 2: Use the /submit Command
In the #submissions channel, type /submit and the bot will prompt you with the following fields:

ign: Your in-game name (IGN).
category: Choose the category you are entering. Options include:

Shiny Pikachu (Highest IVs)

Standard Pikachu (Highest IVs)

Standard Pikachu (Lowest IVs)

Shiny Route 1 Pokémon (Highest IVs)

image1: Required. Upload your screenshot showing IVs.

image2, image3: Optional — You can attach photos showing your OT and the catch location for the submission.

image.png

Step 3: Submit the Command

Once you've filled out the fields and attached your image(s), hit Enter.

You’ll receive a confirmation if your submission is accepted.

image.png

Important Rules & Tips

One Submission Per Player
You can only submit once per event. Your submission is logged and tied to your IGN and Discord account.
Choose your submission wisely!

Image Requirements
Ensure your screenshot clearly shows the IVs and the Total IV score. See the attached example screenshots.

Blurry, cropped, compressed, or corrupted images may result in failure to track your score.

Mobile Support
Screenshots from both PC and mobile are supported — just make sure the Total IV (e.g., 147 / 186) is visible.

Auto-scoring Failures
If the bot cannot read your IV score, your submission will be flagged forwarded to staff for manual review. You will still receive confirmation that your submission was received.

🏆 Scoring & Leaderboards 🏆

The bot will automatically extract your IV score and compare it against other entries.

Top 3 scores per category will be shown on the leaderboard. The leaderboard is only visible to Event Leaders during the event.

Event Leaders will review all flagged submissions before finalizing results.

Event Leaders will manually review all top submissions via whisper/link in game. You MUST BE PREPARED TO LINK YOUR SUBMISSION TO AN EVENT LEADER AT THE END OF THE EVENT.

Detailed instructions can also be found in the event Discord: https://discord.gg/FhA2g4kdax

Don't forget you need a print for time and location

EDIT: And before sending the rewards I would 100% ask the winner to link the Pokémon to confirm it's not a fake screenshot

We have a built-in system to detect (and notify users) when they are required to link their Pokemon to an event leader.

Also, we will be manually checking all winning / high score entries by hand via link in game.
