The message exists to encourage both in-person trading when possible, due to the high risk of scam using mail to trade with others, and to always double-check the name of the person receiving the mail. We do not recover mails sent to the wrong person, nor assets stolen on a mail trade. You don't violate any rules using mail in any circumstances, you just need to be aware of the risks that it involves and be always careful when using this system.
