Substitute - Bug mods are saying shouldn't be banned quite yet, so I'm not going to.

Explosion - I really hate to do this, but some bug mods are saying it does cause the crash, some are saying it doesn't. I'm just going to be safe and say that Explosion is banned, but not selfdestruct.
