Cause before DLS, my time zone (US Central) was 6 hours behind GMT. Now it's 5 hours behind. So GMT 9-10pm seems correct to me. Link to comment

So I'm central time, which is 1 hour behind EDT. CST (central time) is 5 hours behind GMT (proof in image below; check computer time with the GMT time). Which means that EDT is 4 hours behind GMT.
