Claydol also makes a nice imprison user that handles koffing easily

 

Imprison/Selfdestruct/Extrasensory/rest was the moveset of choice

The koffings are pretty low level, so as long as you train the claydol up a bit, maybe even at a horde with speed EVs, youll have no problem outspeeding.
