I'm considering selling the Pachirisu to buy a 6x31 gift for a friend and a few Ocarinas + Pokemons I really want, since I was really looking for the Shinx

 

Why shouldn't I? I don't think i'll really miss it, and the things I can get with the money will bring me more joy for sure

I guess all people who ever sold an OT have regretted it because the money you get will be gone quick anyway. It doesn't bring much joy compared to the feeling of keeping your OT shinies. 

 

I sold my first OT shiny (Ninjask) back in 2016 to get competitive Pokémon, and I regret that decision to this day.

 

If you decide to sell it, I am sure your friend will appreciate the gift, though 😊
