Able to fly on routes.

Hello. My suggestion is in the title.

I would love be able to fly on the routes in Kanto (+ islands) and Hoenn.

Why? Because it's faster than walk from a pokemon center to a cave or a forest.

Well, in later handheld gens, its possible, and honestly, it is a great addition.

Just set a fixed point each route, shouldn´t be hard.

I´m on this.

Knowing staff they'll say it makes shiny hunting too easy. That being said it's kind of needed in the newer games because how big the routes are. The routes in the gba games are only so many squares long so it doesn't take long at all to get to where you need to be. I'm not sure how hard it is to make it possible but it's not all that needed

I think it's pretty safe to say that this is not going to happen for the same reason that PC's won't be in secret bases any time soon. They don't want people being able to heal and quickly get back to grinding/hunting. There are arguments for and against this, but those can all be found in the correct thread.
