How do I get Hidden Power Fire On Magnezone?

Breed for the proper IVs, get lucky when catching, or use the hidden power changer.

HP/ATK/DEF/SATK/SDEF/SPE

O = Odd

E = Even

 

You need one of those IV spreads on it. If your magnezone doesn't have that, then you can go to an NPC in Lavender's Pokemon Tower (base floor) who can change the IV's of your pokemon to a spread that will give the requested HP type (note that this will only decrease your pokemon's IVs so be aware that it could significantly lower important stats on your magnezone).
