Me podrían dar consejos de como hacer un blastoise competitivo, ya sea mejor como atacante especial o defensor especial, me podrían recomendar algo, se los agradecería.

Possible/Viable Blastoise sets for NU (Not sure if you are looking for NU tho):

 

-Physical Offensive: Adamant 252atk/252speed (Leftovers, life orb, muscle band)

   -Waterfall

   -Ice punch

   -Earthquake

   -Rapid spin/Aqua jet

 

-Special Offensive: Timid/Modest 252spatk/252speed (Choice specs, choice scarf, mystic water)

  -Water spout

  -Surf

  -Ice beam

  -Hidden power grass

 

-Physical wall: Bold 252hp/252 def (leftovers)

 -Scald

 -Rapid spin

 -rest

 -Toxic
