This game is not structured in a way where we can divvy out work into hyperspecific chunks. All of the developers here wear all the hats they can, because that's what the project has needed up until this point. It allows us to run on a very lean team which is very good at producing results.   If we were looking to invest into more software developers for the game, I'd guess it'd take around a year to train someone to fully understand the project like I do.
