lanzezager Posted February 24, 2020 Share Posted February 24, 2020 (edited) Hi Everyone, I wanna return to game after an a time off, but due to a the New Device Verification ("Verificación en Nuevo Dispositivo") I can´t, because my old e-mail was stolen, and how can´t i access to the e-mail, I can´t see the security code ("código de seguridad") to put it in the required field. I tried to change the e-mail using the respective form, but this doesn't work, because as I said, I can't access to a my old e-mail to accept the e-mail change or for anything else. I Hope the Support Team can help me to change the e-mail account, i have proof that is my account, for example attach a screenshot of my Blastoise, and a some pics of a my character, also i can bring details of my party and some others pokemon, and of course i have the password of my account. How long has it been since you tried to change your e-mail address at this page? https://pokemmo.eu/account_change_email/ Note that it can take up to 48h t our system to process the information. lanzezager Posted February 24, 2020 Author Share Posted February 24, 2020 Thanks for your quick answer, but i tried change e-mail (and yes i was use the page that you say) on my alternative account and pokemmo has send me this mail to the e-mail that will be replaced, to confirm the replace :/ I will create a ticket on that page (i didn't know that exists). All you have to do is fill out this form https://pokemmo.eu/account_change_email/ Just remember to input the new e-mal address there, not the old! The new e-mail address should be one you have access to. After that, please wait for 48 hours and then let us know if it worked or not.
