i can't login am i banned?

i been playing fine for the past few days but today i can't login i know i should try to log in later but im just really nervous and just wanted to know am i banned?

either you have bad connection or the game is buggy, you can repair client and see if that might help if it still persists

i tried repairing the client but its still won't work i can't login at all.
