Me enfrente a la fabrica batalla y cuando perdi no me dio mis pokes pero me quede con los de la fabrica
Ayudenme porfavor

This will happen sometimes when you leave an instance, but you will not lose your Pokémon in this way. Typically re-logging or waiting a couple minutes will display your correct sprites/key items bar.

 

If you do happen to lose your Pokémon for some reason in the future, you can submit a ticket here. This is the primary platform we use to assist players with bugs :)
