Route 18 + P2 Lab need surf (go west past 1st female surfer, middle curent, past male trainer to south most current, follow path, go down west stairs, keep going til surf, middle current [P2 Lab grass has another wisp], surf again but avoid currents all the way to the south then west (you will see female and male swimmer, go past them)
