Lunar New Year Event (Looking for knowledge)

Hey, I have been searching for tablets and havent started the group based events yet, was wondering a few things.

 

Base cooldown time for tablets (I know its 3 tablets then the cooldown unsure of the time)

 

What method should be used on the Alpha pokemon that are spawned from the pillar, and if they are only available to retry until the pillar is expired.

 

What the group based pvm is and how I should prepare..

 

And finally, the grand total of time the event will be going on for.

 

Any of these answered would greatly help me, and probably many others.

It's ~20 mins but note that cooldown isn't global. Each tablet share its cooldown with another region's tablet. This scenario can happen :

- CD RESETS

- Pick a tablet K7

- Pick a tablet H113

- Everyone sees a tablet at U3 but you don't

- Pick a tablet S217
- CD RESETS

I caught 2/12 this far. I used the same Spinda I use for "regular" alphas. I switch items depending on the pokemon : 



I never run or killed one so idk what will happen. But I guess you can still retry. When you catch an alpha, the pillar disappear but you keep the 12x zodiac tablets.
