Pokédex Sinnoh error

Hello, good day to all readers. I have a question: Is Shaymin considered a catchable Pokémon in the Sinnoh Pokédex? I'm asking because I just finished it, but the skill patch wizard didn't give me anything. I even triggered the Cresselia Island event, but still haven't been successful in completing it.

Yes shaymin is catchable

But this was during the Last lunar year of 2023 that took place two weeks ago

However you can' still get shaymin on gtl

Buy one (~2.4m) get the dex entry.. The other form of shaymin still not implemented
