You can appeal the ban on our support platform: https://support.pokemmo.com Login with the affected account and create a ticket at Ban Appeal > Account Ban type. Sometimes it can take a while to get a response as investigations need to be made and SGMs may be busy with other tickets so please remain patient while waiting for a response and do not contact us privately about your ban appeal's status as it will not speed up the process.
