Failed to load update information pokemmo

Every time I try to log into pokemmo it keeps saying it failed to load update information. This began happening about a year ago so I just completely stopped playing the game. I tried getting back into around febraury this year but it continued saying the same thing. One day after deleting and reinstalling and spam restarting my mac 24/7 it began working again. It was fine for about 2 weeks when it started saying it again recently. I commented on another thread about this and it seemed like many others had the same problem. I don't think it could be the internet I'm using because I've used different connections and every time it continues to say this and it seemed to have no problems with the internet before since I was able to play for about a week or two. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to fix it or if anyone could help me. I don't want me delete and reinstall pokemmo a million times like i did before because its such a hassle and I ended up losing my old account too (idk if it relates to me deleting and reinstalling but im scared to lose another account and all the progress I just made). I'll try it out at other locations just in case maybe it is the internet but I doubt thats the case. Any help is appreciated.

Hello! This is most likely an issue with your internet connection. Reconnecting to your network, disabling your VPN if you're using one, clearing DNS cache and rebooting your computer and router are a few common solutions that can help.

 

Also, deleting the game does not affect your account at all as all your data is safely stored in our servers. Here you can find a bunch of tools that can help recover your account:

Bro u need a raise I've been struggling with this problem for so long and I just cleared all my DNS cache and it works now thank you sm.
