character issue

Hello folks , i did reinstall my PokeMMo while providing my username/password i was suprised by this "New Character" knowing that i already have a old character.

my question is that i did lose my old character or what ? and how can i bring my old character back after placing my ID informations etc..

it seem like i typed a wrong username , the issue was fixed thank you for help
