Precision and efects

Can someone check the accuracy of the attacks and the chances of status effect?

 

I just saw one miss a bullet punch and right after I missed a spore xD I searched for information and 100 precision never fails without evasion( is changed on pokemmo maybe?)

 

draco meteor 90, brother of 10 that throws failures 7 xD

 

ice fang 10% of freezing, I get frozen 90% of the time

 

there is a lot of rng to see some with 80% win rate in pvp xD statistically it smells like shit

I'm not complaining, it's just that I'm one of those who still uses earthquake in rotom and I've managed to reach 580mr based on crits and luck xD, I haven't played pvp in my life xD
