Creating alt account question

Hey guys, I'm interested in running through the kanto story line again and was going to make an alt account.

 

I've been seeing bans take place as of recent and was wondering the logistics of sending money and pokes to the other account.

 

If I trade 6 stacked mons to another account would that be flagged and banned? 

 

I just want to know if it's possible to do without unknowingly forfeiting my account to just have some fun.
