Hello People,I need some feedback on my first OU pvp team.

Hello guys,i just started building my first pvp team and some help would be very much appreciated because i am a little noob when it comes to pvp.I managed to buy some decent Iv pokemon and now i am farming their Evs.My team currently has an Excadrill,Scizor,Gengar,Dragonite which are all full offensive and i am thinking of adding a jolteon and an alakazam or a blastoise.

Excadrill has max Att/spe  (moldbreaker/jolly)

Scizor has max Att/spe  (technitian,adamant)

Gengar has max SpA/Spe  (Cursed body,timid)

Dragonite has max Att/Spe (Inner Focus,adamant)

 

i am now farming alakazam and jolteon for max sp att and speed.

I would like your ideas on my setup,which pokemon do you think i should change or drop.
Any info on suggested movesets would be very much appreciated too.

Also a last question:where do you guys check for builds?Smogon?and if you use smogon which gen do you chose when doing so?(BW or SS)

dragonite needs multiscale to be used otherwise u should go salamance (faster/ hits harder).

also playing OU without rapid spin or defog its a hard time, i really recomend a starmie timid 252speed/252 spatk (rapid spin/ psych/ thunderbolt/icebeam)

a really god combo for jolteon is rain dance + thunder 100% to land a hit.

if its your first time playing pvp u should go to randoms and have a litlle pratice there.

and dont forget ivs u should go for 2x31 ( in most used stats, always 31xspeed) 20+ in every other stats.

multiscale not inner focus and listen to the guy above-ur gonna need some focus sashes i feel like aswell

Thanks for the answer mate i was really helpful,cant excadrill play with rapid spin?

What do you mean i should go to randoms and practice there?And which pokemon do you think should play witu defog?

excadrill does have rapid spin pretty sure-randoms will help you learn how to play pvp slowly but surely and u can put defog on a pokemon thats comfortable enough to eg a tank

youll need a focus sash for excadrill i think
