A Dratini

I've encountered a dratini while exploring and it ran away, is there anything i can do for the dratini to come back?

For more info, It was found near the old chateau mansion (with the rotom n' ghastlys), in pokemon platinum.

also they are called swarms and you just happened to meet a dratini swarm that was in the old mansion in sinnoh, they are lunar event swarms
you walk and talk to them to encounter them, but in your case the dratini swarm had already ended so it ran away
