Nathan Posted March 30 Share Posted March 30 Hello, In order to get help regarding this issue, please create a ticket using the link provided below under the ticket type "Support Request" and subtype "Character Recover" and make sure you are logged into the affected account. https://support.pokemmo.com/ Additionally, if you cannot find the character you lost in the list, it is likely that this character belongs to a different account.
