I have a starter's question:
How do pokémons that require items+trading evolve here and how can we get this items in this game? the traditional way?

As to how to obtain Pokemon which need to be traded to evolve, you can trade via with other players. Try not to trade with a random person because he/she might attempt to steal it. Try to trade with only people you are familiar with.

And yes, items can be obtained through the traditional way

Happiness evolutions?

They're in the game. Have the happiness to 87% and then evolve the Pokemon.

Joining a team usually helps with Trade evolutions but as Emlee said you can always ask a staff member, and when I say staff member I mean just Emlee , or your friend can help.
