I really liked how your Jigglypuff's eyes were before.  Also, maybe try to shape her hair more like Hardcore's.

Messed up the backsprite's color/outlines when I tried to sync.

EDIT: Her backsprite's hair should be spiking upward a bit near the front like the frontsprite's.

I like this one's color the most at the moment, but that green feels off. I also think the skull should be enlarged so it would be able to fit on her head properly, alternatively move it around her arm and just have that arm/waist hold it in place. Hair color wise, consider trying to go lighter to burnt sienna instead of burnt umber, like original Cubone's color.

This is adorable and the kimono theme could be stretched through the family
The theme reminds me of pokemon silver and gold actually.

Side by side comparison - My edit had longer head/face, eyes were higher, and had the "skin blush" thingy. The extra side bang helps make the face look less chubby/rounded.

 

You know, I want Princess Ivysaur/Venusaur done too, but it's going to be wishful thinking to think it will be done this week.

She's looking better.  I think her design could be a bit more "sci-fi", and give her an angrier expression.

That's a really good Ivysaur.  The eyes need to be fixed, though.
