Customizing font colors for window titlebars

Hopefully I'm in the right place. Does anyone know how I would change this color, as seen in the picture? I want the black text to be something else on the black background. I found several different places in the xml files that change the colors elsewhere, but I can't quite find the one for this particular spot.

I'm not too sure sorry, the current in game options only allow of the title bar colour to change. Perhaps @Shu might be able to shed more light, otherwise it would most likely involve a change of GUI's to get what you'd like

After a few hours filing through the default and a custom GUI's xml's, I found the particular bit that I needed. It seems that you must declare the definition of "title-font" in the fonts xml and give it a color and font style, otherwise that font defaults to a black color with a certain font. It was a chore to find all that because I'm not quite sure how to use TWL Themer, since it won't load anything except init.xml, and it's nothing like the outdated GUI customization tutorial, so any help with that would be appreciated.
