Move Tutor Issues

I was trying to build an Umbreon today; I noticed from the pokedex that Umbreon can learn Dark Pulse from the Move Tutor. I took Umbreon to the move tutor and Dark Pulse is nowhere to be found. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Yup! The move tutor listed in the pokedex is referring to the specific move tutor, not the relearner tutor. You can find this tutor in Castelia Street, within the Game freak building as listed in here.
