I agree. If you have big fingers like mine it's easy to fail clicking "No" and releasing your mons.

 

But I don't like the first idea of not being able to trade a mon if it's holding an item. Releasing ok, but trade? Just be careful about it.

I currently want to build a team to do E4 runs & I would like help. I know there is a guide made by @Risadex but a few players told me that it was unfortunately outdated.

 

What are you guys using & for which region? I am looking to build something able to rotate around Kanto, Hoenn & Unova with the less switches to the team possible.
