[/quote] since this is the only actual important part of that whole post, i'll just go ahead and answer it For one this game is still played by people for fun, in fact, i'm sure that there are more people that play it for fun rather than competitive. Now, the reason why people are competitive is because there is a very large meta game to pokemon, and people who compete in it want the tms, which only 2 are really highly priced
