I keep hearing this, but has it ever been confirmed its exactly 1/30000? I've heard people say its "around" 1/30000. I've been wondering if its actually 1/32768.
Donator status as described if the shiny rate is 1/30000 would be is 1/27272.72- and higher ups will say its 1/27000 when asked which isn't correct. So I wonder if the actual shiny rate is similar.
These things are really weird, even I saw a player meet 2 shinies in a encounter with a group of wild pokemon.
I also saw a player escape from a battle with shiny but encounter a shiny again in the next battle.

Each encounter you face in the wild has a 1/30,000 chance to be shiny (1/27,000 with Donator status). There are no other influences that change the possibility of finding a shiny. Therefor to answer your question no, your RNG or Random Number Sequence is not effected by other players.
Ok thanks.

I'm sorry but your question isn't clear, or well, I'm having trouble understanding it. But if you're wondering about how random number generation in this game works, the RNG for each independent instance is well, independent. Random number generation is programmed into the gameplay and is separately done for each time it needs to be used, otherwise it wouldn't really be fair, would it?
According to you, the player's random number sequence will not be affected by other players. Is it right?

Players get shiny Pokemon by frequently encountering wild Pokemon, so there is a view that if other players don't encounter shiny Pokemon for a long time, then the next time I meet Pokemon is the expectation of shiny will become higher.
My question is, will a random number sequence of a player be affected by other players?

It's about npc item trading system.
I tried to buy a rare candy from npc at pokemon center in Unova pokemon league, but whatever I have enough item or not, it always tell me item not enough.
Could this be a mistake?

Hello!
Trick just works in battle, it doesn't trade the item permanently. ^^ It's main used just to check if the wild is holding anything. You need to catch the wild pokemon.
The only move that really steals the wild pokemon's item is Thief.
Edit: Light ninja'd me. lol
Returning items is just a battle with NPC or trainer, not wild pokemon. Is this intentional?
Oh i know

The information about this skill:
Exchange carry-on items with the target.Note:
Even if one party does not carry any items, it will succeed.
Carriers exchanged between themselves and their targets are usually returned after the war, but the battle against wild pokemon will still be exchanged permanently.
......ellipsis
When my pokemon noticed the wild pokemon held something, I tried to use this skill to exchange item with it (my pokemon held nothing) , the battle message showed that my pokemon got the item but in actually my pokemon didn't get this item and the target no longer held this item, either.
So the method about this skill is not runnning properly.
I think may this is a bug?
Present particle effect almost invisible
