I'm rather new here, but I understand the gist behind why using a skill outside of battle takes PP here in PokeMMO. However:
How it is:
When you have multiple Sweet Scent users in the party, using the skill outside of battle takes 5 PP from ALL Sweet Scent users in the party. I haven't tested this with other moves but I assume this is the case for others too.
How it should be:
Using Sweet Scent should take 5 PP from the first user with enough PP left, then the second, and so on.
