[Team Event: Catch me if you can!]

Rules:

• The given location is the start location of the event.
• The event will consist of 5 rounds, each one will take place in a different region.
• The participants must stay at the given location until the host has hidden somewhere in the region.
• The host will announce when they have reached their hiding spot, allowing the participants to begin searching.
• HM moves may be necessary.
• When a round ends, the participants must move to the new location stated by the host.
• The first player to initiate a Trade with the host after being found wins the round.
• A player may only win 2 rounds in total.
• The round winner will receive their prize immediately.
• Please show up to the event location 5-10 minutes in advance so as to not miss the introduction.
• Players may not participate in the event with any alternate/secondary accounts.

Prizes:

• 50k + 12 leppa berries per round

[SiFy SMG General Info]

SMG stands for "SiFy mini-game", and the following details some of the team events we run!

 

Events summaries:

 

Bingo

Participants are given a sheet with 5 columns and 5 lines with 24 Pokémon on it. The middle space is always free. The goal is to get a full horizontal, vertical or diagonal line or any other way to win announced by the host. The Pokémon are randomly selected by the host via a wheel streamed in the team's voice chat.

 

Catching
Pretty simple, it works the same way as PokeMMO's catching events.

 

Hide-and-seek
Works like PokeMMO's hide-and-seek events too.

 

Quiz
Several questions of varying difficulty related to the Pokémon franchise are asked to participants.

 

Rebus
Randomly selected Pokémon are described with images and/or emojis and participants have to guess which one it is.

 

Treasure hunt
Four Pokémon per region are quickly described with 1-2 sentences by the host. Participants need to catch them and link them to the host to win the round.

[Team Event: Treasure Hunt + New Year's/Xmas]

Event: Treasure hunt Host: Toscanethecat

Location: Starting in Vermillion PC | CHANNEL 1 Date: January 7th, Sunday Time: 7PM | UTC | https://dateful.com/convert/utc?t=19

Rules and explanation:

• There are five rounds total, one in each region.
• Having all regions isn't a necessity to participate. 
• The host will post four sentences in ⁠smg-treasure-hunt. Each of them quickly describes a Pokémon. Players will have to identify and catch those Pokémon, then link them to the host once they have caught all of them. This is to avoid the loss of information and it makes it easier to keep track.
• Answers can be a specific Pokémon, a Pokémon starting with a certain letter, a Pokémon with a certain move or ability, a Pokémon of a specific type, etc.
• The host will tell the player if they got a wrong Pokémon and which one.
• There is only one answer per sentence, unless specified otherwise. Pay attention to the words used.
• As long as the Pokémon are catchable in the region, they are a possible answer. So a Gen 1 Pokémon could be an answer in the Sinnoh round.
• Hints about the location of the Pokémon may be given if players have a hard time finding the answers.
• People without a full Pokedex may ask the host where to find the Pokémon they are looking for.
• The same player may win only one round.
• Winners will receive their prize immediately.
• Please show up to the event location 5-10 minutes in advance so as to not miss the introduction.
• Players may not participate in the event with any alternate/secondary accounts.

• Johto: 5 x 31 + 300k
• Hoenn: 4 x 31 + 600k
• Sinnoh: 5 x 31 + 300k
• Unova: 5 x 31 + 650k
