In this thread players confuse pay2win with small advantages.
Even if you could theoretically change a nature by donating, this wouldn't automatically make you win.
True true, I was just saying earlier it seemed unfair to those who can't donate. they will still have to spend endless times finding both IVs and Natures. If anything, if this was to be implented I'd wait a while.

I'm curious as to why you think there isn't a "fair chance" to get a high IV'd/nicely natured pokemon. The only thing this proposal would do is cut down grind / cost for pokeballs, and if we did it would probably make the affected pokemon unable to be traded.
I'm only speaking on the term of magically changing a nature. to me it would seem as an unfair thing as normal players would more often than not have to hunt for hours, maybe days ( yes, silly but possible ) to find the nature they want. At that, a nature with IVs that please them. If a payer ( excuse me for not knowing a better word ) found a godly IV'd... let's say Dratini, with 29-31 across the board but oh my gosh it's Serious nature! "Oh, I'll just pay to change the nature!" and boom.
It may seem like a mild thing but it does seem slightly unfair to those who aren't avaible to pay.
In simple, I'm just saying this may not be the best of ideas. There's certainly better things that can be done and of course, could be things worse.
Honestly, it's just a matter of my opinion and what I think on the matter. I'm not implying "omg tis 2 bad! DO NOT DO! NO NO NO!!1!", but rather speaking my opinion that this should not be something that should be added. :)

"Man. The IVs on this pokemon are so good! It's a shame the nature is shit, though. Actually, why did I even bother checking the IVs on a shit nature? Never mind that. Let me just go to the gift shop and purchase an item that will take this pokemo which is dead to me, and turn it into something useful!"
Later, after a particularly close battle
"I would have lost the battle if my pokemon had a bad nature... I sure am glad that I paid money to make it better and won the match because of it!"
This.
I honestly do not support. Making it a donation thing is unfair to those who rarely have money to donate. Everyone needs a fair chance

Hey guys. I think this is racist. Team rocket holding black Pokemon?First white people now team rocket catching slaves? You know I'm black.this stuff is just too racist.I mean I'm just eating a apple as a a black pikachu. Then team rock shows up(white men) and I get caught for entertainment and I am abused! I don't support slavery cuz they black bro.
Pardon me, but what? The pokemon are not black. They just have the term "Dark" in front because that word is often associated with evil, or a bad spirit. I'm very unsure how you got racism into such a game. would that mean pokemon like Umbreon or Claydol are slaves because their color is black? Would that make normal "white" trainers racist or something of the such?
forgive me but really that whole comment is out of the blue, I think you're just thinking on it too hard. :)

My gosh, the nostalgia I would have. Keep it up! <3

Make sure you're up to date and have a clean ROM in your ROMS folder. If that doesn't work clean reinstall the game c:

I saw this in the pinned thread and I want to say this is very exciting! to be able to play the MMO in the classic days would be wonderous! wonderful job! <3

How do you know for sure? Im SpDef EV farming and im being poisoned way more than 30% of the time
It's a 30% chance. Meaning depending on your luck you can never be poisoned or always be poisoned. It's like finding a shiny, you don't find it after 8000 pokemon, it's just about a .0whatever chance. XD

I recently finished giving out 30 electric type poke ( Magnimite, Pikachu, and Voltorb ) to people who needed them in Cerulean :) Had lots of people trying to get more than one though, and people who were just trying to take advantage ( Had later pokemon like Scyther out. ). but hopefully they help. :)

HI GUYS!
I made a banner :) What do you think?? Can i put it in my sig?
Not meaning to double but that's way too big. you need to shrink it so it fits the requirements ( 500 x 500 ). Likes this:
Plus it's the helping hand, not hands :)

Username (in-game and forum):
Both are Karmarsi :)
Partner Pokémon:
Vaporeon!!
Reason for joining:I came by this thread before, I liked the idea of others helping but worried I wouldn't be able to myself. but I've found after offering water pokemon to people struggling to defeat Brock I really loved it. I was reminded of this thread and though maybe I could join. It'll be my first Guild, and I hope to be able to keep up to par with everyone. I'll more than likely keep handing out later game pokemon to others, of course at appropriate levels, and try to contribute <3

Actually, having them spawn in the Safari Zone as rares would be organic and fitting.
While this is different I like this idea. Maybe have the encounter rate of the chansey or scyther or something

Pretty much. Even if the vast majority says no to it being implented Admins will probably do it anyway. They don't seem to want to understand that many of the players do not want this.
It honestly would end up as a pay2win. Not as strong as other possibilities but still. If there was a catch then maybe, but right now I, and a few others, are saying no.
