3. is like make the Pokemon city have bonus if the team that capture it get the bonus boost depend on the city they capture. for example. Virdian City have 5 Percent defense Boost. the team capture it, get the bonus with the city.

Pokemon City have bonus boost if the team capture it. like attack increase by 10 percent or defense increase by 10 percent.
