  1. A certain timeframe for recapture would be nice, also a location to catch released pokemon would be nice too.

    The safari zone could be changed into the released pokemon grounds and any released pokemon could be caught there. If this happens though it should be changed from the Safari Zone catching system to the regular battle/capture system. Also, this should be made only enterable by people who have beaten the Elite Four, so that newbies don't go in there to catch a strong pokemon. The masterball should be disabled, to prevent underleveled people from catching pokemon stronger than them. An interesting addition could be that instead of having the legendaries in their usual positions, you could have 1 legendary appear in those grounds hiding in the grass once every so often. (Every day 1 legendary is released to the grounds?). The legendaries should have 1-7 days before they expire and should not have any time boosts if they kill a trainer. (Read below)

    Also, in order to not tax the server, a time frame of say 1 hour could be assigned to each pokemon before they expire and disappear. The pokemon has an hour before the pokemon's data is deleted. For every pokemon the wild pokemon causes to faint, it should gain another hour before expiring. This could result in a fantastic system where the Pokemon could become a sort of boss, defeting many players. For every kill it would get more and more time before expiration.

    If it faints from player battle it should expire before it's time. If the player runs from it, it should still be out in the wild.
