Unfortunately, there is no way to change your in game email. If you are very worried about someone hacking your account, I suggest you make a new account and have someone help you transfer over your stuff to the new account. If you wish to change the email for your forum account, go to your profile and select "Edit my Profile" at the top right. You will see an email and password section from where you are able to change them accordingly.

As Hassan has stated above, you will need to obtain 4 badges from the Kanto Region before you can take the Ferry back to Hoenn.

The NPC for the the Co-Op Battles in the Battle Tower is the farthest to the right.

Moveset, and is it EV'd?

I support this idea. I myself have never accidentally put the wrong type of move onto my Pokemon, but I have had friends and teammates who have as they were not aware if the move was special or physical. Google is a powerful thing, but for convenience this would be very nice.

As Hassan has stated above, you need at least 4 badges from the Kanto Region to take the Ferry back to the Hoenn. The reason you are unable to use your high level Pokemon within Kanto is because you do not have the badges required for them to obey you in that Region.

I think I'm gonna have to pass on flygon for now, but 350k for the venu?

Your Pokemon are safe and have you been stored in your PC. Also, you will need to collect 4 badges from the Hoenn Region before you can take the ferry back to Kanto.
