Not sure if this was a coincident or not, anyways I think we should keep our eyes on the TV a little longer(though my school just started again so I dont really have as much time to do it myself all day out) but it could be possible we don't really know yet :P
Last time we saw 2 baltoy swarms in a row, maybe we will see a Gulpin swarm soon again?? This could maybe help confirm your statement. :)
