The Dunsparce must be atleast level 15 and the objective is to find the Dunsparce with the best IV's. Players will not get their submitted pokemon back and can only submit one Dunsparce per player. I believe that some pokemon rely heavily on hits that only takes ~70% of their health, which assures them that they won't die, but the expert belt could dissolve that. It would be like a weaker version of CB but for sp atk moves.
