Show held item icon when wild horde pokémon are frisked.

So this work is not too great, but you can kind of get an idea of what I am suggesting. When a pokémon in a horde is frisked, that pokémon now has an held item icon beside it's name, making it easier & more convenient to thief farm in hordes.
