I just want to be 100% sure, the hax item clause and the OP item clause are the same thing right? Because I don't see an OP item clause on the page in the link given.

Would it be possible to hold a tournament underwater by using dive? I realize this forces everyone to have at least one Pokemon with Dive so I was thinking of the players only using their other five and once they are forced to use their 6th Pokemon they lose. I know this is kind of a stretch, I was just curious.
