Assuming you had the standard Snorlax/Machamp/Zam core from August:
If you have a snorlax you're 1/3 of the way to being a competitve 50 battler. Machamp is still viable as a counter blissey. Zam not so much.
Others:
Lapras is good
Hypno is meh
Marowak is really good
