I have a question about IV's, I have had my attack iv confirmed to be 31 multiple times on my ursaring, but after I level up again it changes to 30 - 31, then changes to 29 - 31, then finally 28 - 31. It then slowly goes back to a solid 31 and repeats the process. Is there any reasoning to this?

The iv doesn't change, the range changes but if u saw a 31 already then It will always be 31
The six ivs will only be visible when your Pokemon reaches lvl 100 -

I have no idea why this is even a discussion, it's pretty damn obvious that there should be a Baton Pass clause, if only so that it can be used in Doubles/Ubers.
I also have no idea why there are attempts to argue this, it's just a toggle m8, Baton Pass would still be banned normally. It's not like allowing people to turn off Sleep Clause suddenly undermines the existence of Sleep Clause to begin with, and it's almost as if we're forgetting there were times when these things weren't automatically enforced.
Senile for the first time since I've been here I agree with u, I don't see what's the problem with that, it will be allowed as long as you want to, it's as easy as the press of a button -
Hell no.. This would be the most uncompetitive thing ever, with all those 5x31 or 6x31 around it will be too unfair for newcomers to catch up with old users and that's not okay, that is, officials will have an old user champion for a long time

I support this! Actually I don't find donator status too appealing right now but with that plus could be something more interesting and people will really think about buying it because if u buy it and u don't get a shiny it doesn't matter, you could use payday a lot and grind a loot of money :D

Honestly, the fact that you consider official tournaments the competitive scene is a problem in and of itself. Official tournaments shouldn't be the entire competitive scene, and if they are, that in itself is a problem.
I don't know about you, but I find tournaments fucking boring. They take way too long for what's really just a few matches, 99% of the battles are against shitty players anyway, and it's way more frustrating to lose to hax there than it is to lose to hax in some random battle, because it actually counts for something.
I'd much rather just play a few battles if I feel like it, similar to how if I want to play pokemon for whatever reason, I'll just go Showdown, stomp some kids, and then stop playing when I lose. (Tilt OP, salt 2stronk)
Also, it's pretty bullshit to say we have a lot of officials as an excuse for the competitive scene. Considering most officials are not comp related whatsoever (and gimmicks are not competitive, don't give me your shit Tranz), the fact that "the entire competitive scene" is being considered as nothing more than maybe 1 or 2 officials of a given tier a month is comical.
This post really just kind of reaffirms the point. If official tournaments are the entire competitive environment, then you have a shitty competitive environment. Beyond that, it's a lot harder for new players to get into the game if their only real way to have actual battles is to try getting into an official, then either getting their shit completely pushed in 1st round or get lucky for the first one or two rounds, getting past some other new kids, AND THEN getting stomped.
I agree with Senile, people are killing competitive scene because they all want to fight for prizes instead of fighting for fun like it's supposed to be. And I do prefer fighting a few battles with friends, wars with my team than officials that take too long to finish, I'm sorry but I don't have that free time -
as a suggestion I think u could change the color of the fonts of the upper left corner, u know where it tells u the location you're at, the channel, the money you've got and the game time 'cause most of the time u can't see them, they're too light I think

Benefits from donator status are meh to me, I think this would make people to want to get donator status more often since it takes a lot of time to get BP, the bump doesn't have to be too high but something is something I guess.
