My goal is pretty general. I would like to increase my eeveelution collection. As an ultimate result all shinny eeveelutions/all eeveelutions with max IVs hatched by me and EV trained by me. Am I going to get there? Probably not. Am I enjoying trying? Yup.

Why is this even a question? Not to be too harsh on the OP, but honestly, the only thing a reset would do is hurt the game. I understand that some noobs want to have the same chance at comps as people who have been here forever (myself included). But if you really want to be on the same level as the more hardcore players, work your way up to it. Personally, I'd be much happier earning my way into comps or breeding, etc. I'd feel more cheated then anything if the slate was wiped clean and everyone had to reset what they have going for them.
Now, from an experienced players point of view (of which I am not), this sucks. If I had spent all that time and money grinding up a team, or setting up a breeding farm, etc. I'd be pissed at a hard reset. Even if it was just on money, most things wouldn't get any action for a looong time as people grind up money. Yeah, you could set prizes and what not as shinies, but that just hurts the Tourny holder in the end, and then tournys go out the window. And breeding? Hah.
What I'm trying to say is that a reset of pretty much anything would hurt the in game economy and would probably cause a mass migration away from the game as a whole.
Most of what I said is probably wrong, but I wanted to say it.
This^ So much. I've only just joined the community and am no where near ready to compete with hardcore players. I would like to get to a competitive point by improving myself; not by them being hindered. If I was one of the people who worked for their Pokemon and lost them because people not wanting to work as hard i would quit immediately. As a new player seeing those people who worked for their Pokemon loose them would make me quit for fear of the same happening to me in the future. From what I've read about their plans though I think everything will turn out fine.

Hello everyone,
My username is Royal7Knight and my character name in game is AngelOfLust. Today is my first day on the forums. I just found out about this game a couple days ago and immediately downloaded it. I've been a Pokemon fan for as long as I can remember. Read a couple of these and figured I'd make one for myself, because why not? I plan on becoming an active player and forum user in the world of Pokemon MMO. I hope everyone who plays this enjoys their Pokemon adventure as much as I am ^_^

I must say that I would love to see higher generation Pokemon implemented into the game regardless of whether their respective regions were added. I can't say that I expect it to happen though; at least not any time soon.
