Depends on what you're in the mood for I guess. It would be hard to pick just one but my favourites out of the ones I listed are Elfin Lied, To Love Ru and Toradora.

Pretty much this with me, I'm a very clumsy drunk and have a tendency to drop/lose it ~_~ -
If money is at all an issue, I wouldn't suggest coming to the U.S for college. University is really expensive here. Community College is a lot cheaper but I personally wouldn't see the point of spending the money to move your life to the states just for Community College. Plus (not sure if this is everywhere, but for California at least) it's quite a bit more expensive if you haven't been a resident of the state you're attending school in for a certain amount of time.
But if the U.S is somewhere you'd really like to end up then I'd go for it I suppose. -
